New products
New Design Capability (1) Light Pipes of many designs are now in production. Sizes
from 2mm to 150mm, tapered, rectangular, and round, fused silica,
glass, silicon. (2) Silicon optics of all types are in production. Lenses,
windows, and prisms are available to custom specifications. New Processing Capability(1) New additional processing capability. Production is now using a Phase Shift interferometer in
addition to our Zygo machine for lenses and flats. High-precision cylindrical lens with size ranging from 1mm to
150mm High-precision partial spherical lens processing with size
ranging from 5mm to 150 mm High-precision light guides with various
shapes, from multifaceted to circular, tapered or straight, with aspect
ratio higher than 10 High-precision prism-light-guide assembly with
edge- or notch-shaped coatings wide band PBS coatings, IR filter
coatings, UV filter coatings. (2) Enhanced existing processing capability. Large volume and low-cost conventional singlets, doublets,
prisms, polygons, flats and windows. With added capability, our monthly
productivity increased to 100K or higher and consequently more cost
saving for customers. In addition, our precision mechanical capability provides our
customers with solutions for both optical processing and mechanical
mounting. We offer various mechanical mounting interfaces. Our quality assurance department has acquired a new
Perkin-Elmer spectrophotometer for visible and UV work.
